Primary Duties & Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Serving as the primary litigator for Jones Petroleum and its various subsidiaries, contributing significantly to the legal team with your expertise.

The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in Commercial Law, including appellate work, and must be proficient in both Federal and State Court systems.

Some transactional law experience is highly advantageous.

Experience in Environmental and Land Use Law is a strong asset.

Our Legal Department is expanding rapidly with a diverse workload, offering challenging and engaging opportunities for the right individual.

Must be licensed to practice law in Georgia, providing proof of membership in the Georgia Bar.

Availability:

Must be able to meet stringent court deadlines which may include working outside traditional business hours.

Salary:

Highly Competitive Package commensurate with experience

This is an on-site position based at our main corporate offices located in Jackson, Georgia 30233.
